These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit pipandprint.com, use our online store, or purchase a product from us.

The store is operated by Paper Store Sweden AB, trading as Pip & Print™ ("Pip & Print," "we," "us," or "our"). Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to offer our products and services.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

1. Using our website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person;

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, another customer's account, or any connected system;

  • introduce viruses, malicious code, or other harmful material;

  • interfere with the operation or security of the website;

  • collect personal information about other users without authorization; or

  • copy, scrape, reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit the website or its content without our written permission.

We may restrict or suspend access to the website if we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated or that access poses a security or legal risk.

2. Customer information and accounts

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for activity carried out through your account.

3. Products and product images

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However, colors may look different depending on your screen and device settings. Because our products are printed and made to order, minor variations in color, print placement, or appearance may occur between the digital image and the finished product. These normal production variations are not considered defects.

Product images may include mockups intended to show how a design is expected to look. Please review the product description, available colors, measurements, and size guide before placing an order.

We may update product descriptions, prices, options, or availability and may discontinue a product at any time. Changes do not affect orders we have already accepted unless we contact you and agree otherwise or the change is required by law.

4. Made-to-order products

Pip & Print™ products are produced after an order is placed. This allows us to avoid producing unnecessary stock and helps reduce waste.

Because each item is made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges because of a change of mind or because the wrong size or color was selected, except where applicable law gives you such a right. Your rights concerning damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect products are explained in our Refund Policy.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.

We may decline or cancel an order before fulfilment if, for example:

  • payment cannot be authorized;

  • the product or selected option is unavailable;

  • the order information is incomplete or appears incorrect;

  • we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or unauthorized resale; or

  • there is an obvious error in the price or product information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order to the original payment method.

Products purchased through our store are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale.

6. Prices and payment

The price charged is the price displayed when you place your order, subject to correction of obvious errors. Any applicable taxes, duties, shipping charges, or other costs will be displayed before you complete checkout or otherwise stated on the website.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify and the relevant payment provider. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method selected for your order.

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, including an expiry date or product restrictions. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.

7. Production, shipping, and delivery

Production begins after an order is placed. Production and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by order volume, carrier delays, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We currently ship to delivery addresses within the United States only. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and prices are displayed at checkout. An order containing several products may arrive in separate packages or on different dates.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Further information is available in our Shipping Policy.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law if an order is delayed, lost, damaged, or not delivered.

8. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If a product is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We may ask for your order number and photographs showing the product and the problem so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. These procedures do not limit any mandatory rights available to you under applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

The website and its original content—including our name, logos, artwork, illustrations, designs, text, photographs, graphics, and layout—are owned by or licensed to Paper Store Sweden AB and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, or commercially use our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Pip & Print names, logos, designs, and slogans may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without our written permission. Shopify and other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Third-party services and links

Our store relies on third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, production partners, and shipping carriers. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Our website may also contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of websites we do not operate. A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse the third party or its services.

All purchases made through our store are made directly between you and Paper Store Sweden AB, trading as Pip & Print. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform but is not the seller of our products.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify also processes certain personal information as described in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

12. Errors and availability

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions concerning product descriptions, availability, prices, promotions, shipping charges, or delivery estimates.

If an error materially affects an order you have placed, we will contact you where reasonably possible. If we cannot fulfil the order as described, we may cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid for it.

13. Website availability and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure, and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or free from errors. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, updates, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or business losses arising from a purchase made for personal or household use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so or limits any mandatory consumer rights, statutory warranties, or remedies available to you.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or legal obligations. The current version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Changes will not normally apply retroactively to orders already placed. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

15. Governing law

These Terms and any contract between you and us are governed by the laws of Sweden, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country or state where you live.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
