Refund policy

Thoughtfully made to order

Every Pip & Print™ item is made especially for you after your order is placed. By producing only what has actually been ordered, we avoid unnecessary stock, reduce waste, and help prevent perfectly good products from being discarded.

Because each item is made to order, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or when the wrong size or color has been selected, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to do so.

We know that choosing the right size online is not always easy. Please check the product information and size guide carefully before ordering, and feel free to contact us at hello@pipandprint.com if you need help.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

We want you to be happy with your order. Please inspect it when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible—ideally within 7 days of delivery—if an item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered.

Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the item and the problem. Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

In most cases, you will not need to return the item. Please do not send anything back unless we specifically ask you to do so.

Lost packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at hello@pipandprint.com and include your order number. We will investigate the shipment and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
