SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to delivery addresses within the United States only.

Production time

All Pip&Print products are made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before an order is shipped. Production may take longer during busy periods or because of circumstances outside our control.

Shipping options and delivery times

The available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and prices are displayed at checkout. You can select your preferred shipping method before completing your purchase.

The estimated shipping time begins after the product has been produced and dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weekends and public holidays are not included in business-day estimates.

Tracking

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the shipping label has been created.

Separate shipments

Products may be produced by different fulfillment partners. An order containing several products may therefore arrive in more than one package and on different dates.

Delivery address

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. Contact us immediately at hello@pipandprint.se if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production has started.

Delayed or missing packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please check the tracking information and contact us at hello@pipandprint.se with your order number. We will investigate the shipment and help resolve the issue.

Damaged or incorrect products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please follow the instructions in our Return and Refund Policy.
