Shipping policy

We currently ship to delivery addresses within the United States only.

Made-to-order production

Every Pip & Print™ product is made especially for you after your order is placed. This allows us to produce only what is needed, helping us avoid unnecessary stock and reduce waste.

Production usually takes 2–5 business days before your order is ready to ship. During particularly busy periods, or because of circumstances outside our control, production may occasionally take a little longer.

Shipping options and delivery times

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and prices are displayed at checkout. You can review the options and select your preferred shipping method before completing your purchase.

The estimated shipping time begins after your order has been produced and dispatched. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Weekends and public holidays are not included in business-day estimates.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. It may take a little time for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label has been created.

Separate shipments

Some products may be produced and shipped from different facilities. If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Delivery address

Please check that your name and delivery address are complete and correct before placing your order.

Delayed or missing packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please check the tracking information first.

Damaged or incorrect products
